Please note as part of the registration process for the portal, you will be prompted to set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Please download an authenticator App from your App Store (options available include Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator), once downloaded select ‘new account’ or the plus (‘+’) button in the app. Scan the QR code presented to you during the First Time User registration process and follow the steps on the authentication app. This will then complete the MFA process and allow you to access the portal. You will need this authenticator app and code every time you log into the portal.
